Casino and Table Games: All live casino games — including baccarat, blackjack and roulette — are governed by the rules of the game as presented by the game provider. PKR77 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are determined by the provider's certified random number generation or live dealer dealing procedures.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on PKR77. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities:
Zero Tolerance: PKR77 operates a zero-tolerance policy on fraudulent activity. Accounts found to be engaged in any of the above conduct will be closed immediately and all associated balances will be forfeited. PKR77 will cooperate fully with any relevant investigations.
PKR77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where a player has breached these Terms and Conditions, where fraudulent or suspicious activity has been identified, or where a player has failed to complete required verification steps.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting PKR77 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance — net of outstanding bonus wagering obligations — will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately and are covered under the Responsible Gaming section of these terms.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, PKR77 is not obligated to return any balance and may withhold funds pending investigation. PKR77's determination on such matters is final.
